A Chocolate Flavored Valentine’s Day Poem of Love
It’s Valentine’s Day and I can’t wait
To see the man I love
Because he’ll bring me chocolates
Godiva or some Dove.
I ’specially like the red foil hearts
The smell of them just lingers
I squeeze the chocolate till it melts
Then lick it off my fingers.
He’s at the door, foil heart in hand
He leans in for a kiss
His eyes are closed, I grab the heart
Then smash it with my fist.
He watches as I rip the bow
The paper – I just tear it
And he can beg me all he wants
There’s no way that I’ll share it.
It’s mine all mine! I stuff my cheeks
I’m wanting more and more
He shakes his head in disbelief
And walks out through the door.
THE END
