Top 12 List of Who Women Judge
Women judge people. It’s a trait females are born with – they just can’t help it because the judging gene is found in every female brain, right next to the “I love handbags” cerebral cortex area.
But what and who do women judge?
12. Men. But only if they have time after judging anyone female.
11. Their female friends. Yes, there is some loyalty in being a friend, but sometimes not very much.
10. Anyone who is happy when they are not.
9. Other people’s homes: décor, cleanliness, size “It’s a cute home,” means it’s small, dirty, and cheaply decorated; and you should find yourself a rich a man to move you in to a better one.
8. Celebrities. “Yes, but looking gorgeous isn’t everything. Anyway, that color looks horrendous on her.”
7. Other women – strangers. This is considered a sport, like watching tennis or football.
6. The way anyone dresses. “You should see how she dresses that little Chihuahua. Like a little ho dog.”
5. Anyone else’s views or opinions. “What does he think he’s talking about? He’s much too short to have any kind of an opinion.”
4. Other women’s weaknesses and vulnerabilities. “I wish she would stop trying to cover up that big fat wart on her nose with too much makeup. It makes those piggy eyes of hers look even smaller.”
3. The way other women see themselves. “She thinks she’s so much better than anyone else, just because she has new shoes.”
2. How they think other people perceive them. “Did you see the way that tall girl looked down her nose at me? Who does she think she is?”
And lastly and most importantly –
1. Themselves.
So if we are hardest on ourselves, does that exonerate us from feeling guilty about judging others? Of course it does! So judge all you want because the guilt we feel from judging ourselves cancels out any bad things we think and say about others.
One of the Breakup Cocktail’s tales, called Why does my ex hate me? Is that our friendship flying out the window…? tells the tale of Zoe whose ex broke up with her. Her original plan was to make herself look perfect then accidently meet up with him so that he would see what he was missing and beg her take him back. But plans of revenge and reuniting don’t always work out the way that they are planned. When Zoe finds out that he did something unthinkable to her, intimidation is on the cards and in this accidental meeting, both parties are unprepared for what ultimately happens.

From Grudge to Fudge: 22 yummy breakup quotes
It’s funny how the transition from a bad relationship or breakup can lead to sugar. The road from breakup to healing is paved with pastries and cake. Yes, quite often chocolate is better than love.
Especially when love isn’t on the menu anymore.
After a bad marriage leads to divorce, or a hot and heavy relationship explodes in your face, there’s food. Tears turn to smiles for a moment. Finally you can take a deep breath again and feel normal. It’s a temporary fix and overeating won’t help as time goes on, but for now it feels so right when everything else feels wrong. So indulge yourself just this once, because by tomorrow, self-control is back on the menu. But hope and acceptance is only a mouthful away.
You will survive.
But for now, you are calming your anger with cake. Your heart is healing on chocolate.
And there’s no one there to judge you...
22 Breakup Transitions
From divorce to the first course.
From goodbye to apple pie.
From heartbreak to cupcake.
From sniffle to truffle.
From wedding rings to sweeter things.
From bad fellows to marshmallows.
From cheating to overeating.
From nookies to cookies.
From bad boy to bonbon.
From loco love to cocoa love.
From hate his guts to donuts.
From crying to frying.
From sweetheart to fruit tart.
From dating fun days to chocolate sundaes.
From only lies to French fries.
From happy dreams to ice creams.
From dark moments to dark chocolate.
From insults and snips to chocolate chips.
From drunk in the gutter to peanut butter.
From hurt to torte.
From heartache to shortcake.
From grudge to fudge.
And by tomorrow:
From feeling placid to soothing antacid.
From resting and quiet to nesting and diet!

Saying Goodbye to your Ex's Memory
Are you creating a shrine to your ex lover in your home? Do you find it impossible to throw out the junk that they left behind them?
Q: Why can’t I throw anything away that used to belong to my ex?
A: You still miss them and keeping things around that belonged to them makes you feel more comfortable and secure. Once their memory has died, or the mice have tried to drag the items away, it’s time to have a clean out.
Q: How long should I keep the things my ex left behind when they moved out?
A: If you are sure that they don’t want their stuff back, you can get rid of it immediately. If you are keeping those things because you love to stare at them and imagine that your ex is on their way home to you, you should throw them out as soon as you can. And don’t go digging around in the garbage to put them back once you’ve thrown them out!
Q: What is wrong with wanting to be reminded of your ex after your breakup?
A: At first, there is nothing wrong with it. You are recovering and easing yourself gently into acceptance of a breakup. Keeping their stuff around lets you heal gradually, but keeping strange things like half chewed gum and loose hairs on the chair is either a sign of instability or just plain bad housekeeping.
Q: Who else keeps things that remind them of their ex?
A: There is no special type of person who does this and also no particular age group, so anyone might do this. The only people who might not do this are those who hate their ex and throw out their memory along with their stuff, and those people who hate clutter and throw things out all the time.
Q: Where should you put the things your ex left behind for safekeeping, after they walked out on you?
A: You can box them up and store them in a room or storage area, or you can put them in a corner or in a drawer. If you are very angry with your ex for leaving you for your best friend Jenny, a good place can be the Salvation Army or a nearby river. Don’t forget to give your ex the address!
Q: When is keeping memories of your ex in your home going too far?
A: Often it’s hard to say, but here’s an excerpt of Martin’s tale from Breakup Cocktail. The story is called Keeping Your Partner’s Junk: A Museum for the Soul.
Excerpt from Martin’s Tale
...Martin, ever the optimist, held onto Kathy’s belongings because they made him feel closer to her. He truly believed she would come back to him one day and he had to be sure that nothing of hers was missing.
Inside the box of items that Kathy had discarded was Mr. Biggles, her teddy bear from when she was a child
—the one with the dangerous metal spike where its eye used to be, which she used to sleep with before it went partially blind and potentially lethal. Also in the box was a popcorn necklace Martin made for her one drunken Valentine’s Day. He was sure she would want to wear it on her return to him, and he kept checking it carefully for signs of insect infestation, as he didn’t want it to be eaten by ants or flies.
He even kept a shopping list she had written many months ago. Now it was looking somewhat faded because he would sometimes rub it against his face, transferring the DNA of the hand that touched the paper onto his cheek, so that he could savor it: “b-u-t-t-e-r, p-a-s-t-a, m-i-l-k; important things for her to remember when she came back to him and wanted to cook him a meal.
Martin waited many weeks for Kathy to return to collect her leftover things, but...

How Can I Get Happiness on Valentine's Day?
A Chocolate Flavored Valentine’s Day Poem of Love
It’s Valentine’s Day and I can’t wait
To see the man I love
Because he’ll bring me chocolates
Godiva or some Dove.
I ’specially like the red foil hearts
The smell of them just lingers
I squeeze the chocolate till it melts
Then lick it off my fingers.
He’s at the door, foil heart in hand
He leans in for a kiss
His eyes are closed, I grab the heart
Then smash it with my fist.
He watches as I rip the bow
The paper – I just tear it
And he can beg me all he wants
There’s no way that I’ll share it.
It’s mine all mine! I stuff my cheeks
I’m wanting more and more
He shakes his head in disbelief
And walks out through the door.
THE END

Staying Friends with your Ex
So you want to remain friends with your ex after the breakup? You’ve thought about it a lot and you feel that you are strong enough to see them without having a mini breakdown. After all, you were together for so long and you shared so many wonderful moments together, so why shouldn’t you be just friends?
Your friends are telling you not to do it, so what do you do?
You lie to them.
And you meet your ex.
And all of a sudden your feelings of love and hate and desperation and vulnerability all rise up and mix together and suddenly you realize that if those feelings were a cocktail, you’d be passed out and lying in some dark alleyway somewhere with homeless people going through your pockets.
And that would be better than meeting your ex again.
So let’s say it does work out—well good for you! So now you can live happily ever after.
But for some people it becomes complicated. A friendship with an ex partner might come with some prerequisites, or in plain English–with strings attached, and after getting rid of those strings after the breakup, should you really be adding more?
This is the tale of Alice, who got herself knotted up in those strings when Keith, her ex, asked for a little extra to go along with that friendship. No, it’s not what you think, it’s more complicated than that...
So was Alice ready to take that extra step to stay friends with Keith? Click on the tab at the top of the page called “Friends with Your Ex??” to read Alice’s story, and after you have finished laughing, consider this – could that be you?
Friends with your Ex is a tale from the book Breakup Cocktail: 5 Parts Humor, 1 Part Healing and a Twist of Revenge from Barbara Kingsley Singer
Breakup Cocktail book contains about 60 Tales including this one, but without illustrations
